Le Belvédère is a beautiful apartment measuring 100m² in a very quiet residence, a 2-minute walk from the historic center of Bergerac, close to the GR654 (Vézelay trail, Way of St. James) and the Voie Verte. It is accessed by elevator and overlooks the Dordogne River. It is well-maintained, comfortable, spacious, and very functional, renovated and furnished in 2023.

The residence has an elevator and secure parking.

The apartment has reversible summer/winter air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm wide), one of which can be separated, a very large, bright living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom (with shower), a separate toilet, a laundry room, and two south-facing terraces (one of which is covered) designed for sunbathing, relaxing, or having lunch.

The park

The residence is a peaceful haven in the heart of the old town, set within a secure park adorned with century-old trees.

Where is the apartment located?

Bergerac is located in the Dordogne Valley, on the Bordeaux-Sarlat road and rail line, 50 km from Périgueux and in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre region, of which it is the capital. The residence is a 2-minute walk from the historic center of Bergerac, the city of Cyrano, the Maison des Vins de Bergerac, the train station, as well as museums, services, shops, and restaurants. It is a 15-minute drive or taxi ride from Bergerac airport. A cycle and walking path (the Voie Verte) passes under the residence and runs alongside the Dordogne River. The GR654 (Vézelay route, Way of St. James) is a 3-minute walk from the residence.
